Meet Angry Sausage. He's part of the Woolly Charcuterie family - though he'd probably rather not admit it. Handmade from the softest lambswool with a strand of fluffy mohair, he remains perpetually unimpressed. Maybe it's the heat of the grill. Maybe it's just his nature. Either way, this woolly link brings a dash of attitude to the table.
